If you haven't recieved your order confirmation this may be because your email account has marked it as spam (this often happens with automated emails). In the first instance please check your spam or junk folder and then add our email address to your address book.
Alternatively, please check other emails associated with your account, especially if using Apple Pay, Google Pay or other quick checkout options.
In the event that you still can't find the confirmation, please contact us here detailing the item bought, the name ordered under, and the time ordered.
