The Leather has Scratched! What Should I do?

Fear not! Any scuffs on our leather goods can usually be buffed out through a combination of body heat and leather cream.

If the leather does scratch on the surface, run your finger or thumb over the area numerous times to heat up the leather and retained moisture/ oil content, and encourage this to move around in the leather itself, covering up the scratch! Follow this with our Neutral Leather Cream or Renapur using in the affected area to reapply the moisture content to the whole area.

Leather, especially that on the Explorers, will age and gain characteristics with wear. Although regular treatment and cleaning will keep them looking brand new for longer, the Leather will age gracefully as its worn, making it unique, and revealing the beauty of natural leather over time.

Where additional treatment is needed, use an old toothbrush or soft bristle brush to work a very fine amount of leather cream into the leather, buffing out the mark as necessary.
