Whenever you return something to us, please keep hold of your returns receipt so you can track it back to us.

(UK) Collect+:
Please note our free returns & exchanges service Collect+ takes between 4-5 working days to deliver your parcel to HQ. Deliveries occur Monday-Friday. We also advise to allow 2 working days from date of arrival at HQ to process your refund or exchange.
Enter your Collect+ tracking code in the box here. If you'd like updated and informed returns, download the Collect+ app and entering your code.
The code will be between 7 and 16 characters long and is made up of letters and numbers – an example is ABC1DE2 or 8KH1234567890A030.
You can find your tracking code in several places:
- The receipt given by the Collect+ store.
- The order confirmation email, if you have arranged a label from Collect+'s website.
- By signing into your Collect+ account.
(UK) Royal Mail:
Please note our free returns & exchanges service with Royal Mail takes 48 working hours to deliver your parcel to HQ following pickup from the Post Office. Deliveries occur Monday-Friday here at HQ. We also advise to allow 2 working days from date of arrival at HQ to process your refund or exchange.
Simply head to the Royal Mail Website found here and enter your tracking code. This is usually a reference code between 9 and 27 Characters long, usually beginning with GB or XH (though may begin with other letters!). An Example would be XH545554533GB.
(International) DHL:
Please note our free returns & exchanges service via DHL takes between 4-5 working days to deliver your parcel to HQ. We also advise to allow 3 working days from date of arrival at HQ to process your refund or exchange.
Once you have created your return simply go to their website and pop the tracking number in here.

I have returned fuchsia Brancasters ... paid £35 PayPal ( to be refunded) amd £100 gift card—- can I use the same gift card code???
I also returned a big order of turquoise products.. but you’ve only acknowledged the refunding of Hemsbys... I returned tassels,Windsor,Brancasters ,belt and kept the Chiltern..
I have paid £223 through Klarna ..
